Creating a Job and Setting the Job Target
By creating a job and a job target, clients can attach candidates and employees to the job in the software to see how their behavioral and cognitive results align with the job requirements that are set for the position. In this lesson you are going to learn how to create a job, set a job target, manage stakeholder input, and attach a candidate to a job.

- Job Title = The title of your last position
- Select the closest benchmark
- Job Description — add text that best describes this position
- Folder = Trainee
- Use the ‘Guided Job Targeting Process’ to identify the Behavioral and Cognitive Targets
- Select ‘Accept Target’
- Send to Stakeholders, Fozzie Bear, Jane Porter, and King Louie at KLouie@junglebook.com
- Select ‘Confirm’
- Attach the assessment taker you created earlier in your training to this job (i.e. firstname+Lastinitial+trainee@uostraining.com)
