As a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Partner, Ryan helps businesses of all shapes and sizes—ranging from startups and seed-funded ventures to pre-IPO companies, M&A transitions, family-owned businesses, and Fortune-listed enterprises—align their people strategy with business success through data-driven solutions.
With a background in industrial organizational psychology, human capital management, and business strategy, Ryan has helped companies improve hiring accuracy, develop high-performing teams, and enhance leadership effectiveness. His expertise spans executive coaching, HR consulting, and organizational development, and he consistently delivers measurable results through innovative strategies.
Ryan is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
