Set behavioral data permissions: Organization admins can now control access to employee behavioral data via a new settings page, “Behavioral Data Permissions,” located in Organization Settings. PI2 will continue to allow access to employee behavioral data for all PI users in your organization unless restricted by your org admin. Restricted access makes it so PI users can only search for and access data based on predetermined permissions (e.g., only managers can see direct reports’ data, only team members can see one another’s data).
Paylocity integration: We have added Paylocity to our list of ATS integrations. Use this integration to share candidate data between PI and Paylocity, so you can view high-level behavioral and cognitive insights right from your existing ATS workflow. Watch our video walkthrough.
New Perform Workshop – Manage With Impact: We’ve launched a new workshop entirely dedicated to PI Perform. This workshop, “Manage With Impact,” is designed to help your managers recognize their strongest behavioral drives, so they can apply them with enhanced self-awareness. Learn how to lead 1:1 and team meetings that foster clarity and connection while also driving collaboration and accountability. Also learn how to create a safe space for feedback to build trust, improve performance, and drive growth. For more information, please reach out to your PI consultant.
View Cognitive Subscores: Hire users with cognitive access can now view Cognitive Assessment “subscores” on the Job Fit tab, allowing more-detailed information about a candidate’s results. There are three Subscores (Verbal, Numeric, and Abstract Reasoning), each presented in terms of the number of questions that were correct, missed (i.e., incorrect), and unanswered.
Download Cognitive Reports: Hire users with cognitive access will also be able to download cognitive results via a downloadable Cognitive Report, accessible via the “Download resources” panel. Users have the option to choose between a “Full” report, which includes the Cognitive Target, cognitive score, and subscores, and a “Simplified” report that only shows the overall cognitive score.
